Ist ein Art Gruppenzwang - Menschen wollen Teil einer Gruppe sein Obedience to authority occurs within a hierarchical structure in wich the actor feels that the person above him has the right to prescripe behavior.Carry out orders form a leader Conformity  regulates the behavior among those of equal status.It´s a kind of peer pressure- people want to be a part of a group.It´s a question of prestige.
• Was ist das Milgram Experiment? What is the Milgram Experiment:The Milgram experiment is the name for a number of psycholocical experiments.They were done by a psychologist called Stanley Milgram in the 1960s. Milgram wanted to show that people will follow orders, even when these orders are against their conscience, which he proved. 65% of participants (acting as "teachers") gave electric shocks of increasing strength to a man they thought was in very bad pain.
