All regulations refer to „goods” for example corporeal objects which are delivered on the payment of money. Moveable goods in exchange for money.

a) CISG regulates purchase of removable goods (see Art.. 1 I CISG)- not for buying of immaterial rights, claims, companies(Art. 2 CISG)

b) Buying, not other Kinds of Treaties (buying goods in change for money)- does not contain: barter deals, compensatory contracts

c) Contracts for the Supply of Services- but does not consist contracts that manily deal with the supply of services (Art. 3 II CISG)
