Immunodeficiency: IPEX (Immune dysregulation, polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked) syndrome – genetic deficiency of FOXP3 → autoimmunity. Characterized by enteropathy, endocrinopathy, nail dystrophy, dermatitis, and/or other autoimmune dermatologic conditions. Associated with diabetes in male infants.
