Theophylline – likely causes bronchodilation by inhibiting phosphodiesterase → ↑ cAMP levels due to ↓ cAMP hydrolysis.
Usage is limited because of narrow therapeutic index (cardiotoxicity, neurotoxicity).

- Blocks actions of adenosine.
