Surveillance filter: difines the field of observation out of the whole enviroment where the Data is generated
Mentality filter: people with more power in a firm wont beleive the data if it doesen't allighn to thier current mental modell
Power-Filter: managers in important positions may neglect some information to save thier position or use information to improve thier power
