3 Typen:
Typ 1: Monoklonales Kryoglobulin, meist lgM (z.B. MM, M. Waldenström u.a.)
Typ lI: Mono-und polyklonale Immunglobuline
are seen in bacteriral endocarditis, hepatitis C, hepatitis B, Epstein-Barr, and cytomegalovirus
Typ III: Polyklonale Immunglobuline (z.B. bei rheumatischen Erkrankungen)
are seen in spirochaetal disease, coccidiomycosis, malaria, systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid, Sjogren's, scleroderma and mixed essential cryoglobulinaemia.
At.:
1. Essenzielle Kryoglobulinämie
2. Sekundäre Kryoglobulinämie: HCV-Infektion, HBV-Infektion, maligne Lymphome, Kollagenose, Plasmozytom, M. Waldenström u.a.
KL.:
arterielle Thromben, Akral betonte, palpable Purpura, Arthralgien, membranöse Glomerulanephritis mit Hämaturie, Proteinurie (50%), Neuropathie, Hypokomplementärämie
