In interval measurement the distance between attributes does have meaning. Distances between consecutive integers are equal, the relative magnitude of numbers if meaningful and differences between numbers are comparable. The location of origin, zero, is arbitrary and the vertical intercept of unit of measure transform function is not zero. Example: Temperature in Fahrenheit.
